ReactIn
Watches for a signal, then writes to the person who produced it, instead of working a static list.
ReactIn captures signals from social networks, webinars, calendars and around ten other sources, enriches the people behind them, segments them by profile, and runs the outreach. It is priced per sender, at 29 dollars a month for the capture tier and 69 with follow-ups and lead management, with an agency plan at 999 dollars for up to fifty senders.
What it is for
- Turn engagement into a sequencePeople who reacted to a post, attended a webinar or booked a slot are captured and enriched, then enter the sequence with the reason they are there attached.
- Rotate senders on an agency fleetSender rotation and lead management on the higher tier, and an agency plan sized for up to fifty senders under one roof.
- Segment before writingProfile segmentation runs before the sequence, so the same signal can produce two different messages depending on who produced it.
What I measured
- Priced per sender, not per seat: 29 dollars a month for first contact only, 69 with follow-ups and lead management. The agency plan is 999 dollars a month for up to fifty senders. Read 18 Sep 2026.
- Every plan bundles 2,000 enrichment credits, which is the number to compare when the headline prices look close.
- Seven days of free trial, no card, on both individual tiers.
What it is not for
- Your market produces no public signal. Some industries simply do not post, and then a signal tool has nothing to listen to.
- You want a pure sending engine for a list you already own. You would be paying for the listening half.
- You need one seat that covers email at volume too.

Questions people ask
What counts as a signal?
Engagement on social posts, webinar registrations, calendar events and a handful of other sources they list. The point is that the person did something recently.
Is the entry plan enough?
Only if you never follow up, since it covers first contact alone. Follow-ups and lead management start on the higher tier, and follow-ups are where most replies come from.
Does the agency plan work out cheaper?
At fifty senders it is around twenty dollars a sender, against sixty-nine on the individual tier. The maths only works if the senders actually exist.
Does it replace a CRM?
No. It manages leads inside the outreach, but the record of the relationship belongs somewhere else.
