PlusVibe
Sends the cold email at agency volume, with unlimited mailboxes, rotation and a shared inbox the whole team lives in.
PlusVibe is a cold email platform. It connects an unlimited number of mailboxes, rotates the sending across them, warms them up, matches sender to provider, and puts every reply in one inbox that a team can work together. Plans run from 37 dollars a month for 25,000 emails to an agency tier at 497 with an isolated sending server per client.
What it is for
- Spread the volume across many sendersUnlimited mailboxes with automatic rotation is what keeps a domain alive at volume. The number of mailboxes should be driven by deliverability, never by the invoice.
- Run several clients without mixing themThe agency tier gives isolated sending infrastructure and a workspace per client, with white-labelling. One client with a bad list should never reach another client reputation.
- Work the replies as a teamOne inbox, reply sentiment detection, and campaign-level assignment, so a positive answer does not sit unread in a mailbox nobody opens.
What I measured
- Billing is per email volume and active leads, not per mailbox. 25,000 emails and 30,000 active leads on the entry plan, 150,000 and 100,000 on the business plan, read 18 Sep 2026.
- Enrichment credits are bundled and adjustable on both paid plans, which makes the plan comparison harder than it looks: two plans at the same headline price can carry very different credit allowances.
What it is not for
- You send a few hundred emails a month from one address. A sequencer at this shape is more machine than the job needs.
- You want the tool to find the contacts too. Enrichment credits are included, but the list is built upstream.
- You need LinkedIn in the same sequence. This is email.

Questions people ask
Does it charge per mailbox?
No, and that is why it is here. Mailboxes are unlimited on every plan and you pay for sending volume instead. Per-mailbox billing taxes the one behaviour that protects deliverability.
Can one account run several clients safely?
On the agency tier, yes: isolated sending server, dedicated connector IPs, a workspace per client and white-labelling. Below that tier, clients share infrastructure.
Does it warm up the mailboxes?
Yes, warm-up and deliverability monitoring are included, with advanced settings on the business plan.
Where do the domains and mailboxes come from?
Not from here. A sequencer sends, an infrastructure provider supplies the domains and mailboxes. Keeping the two separate is what lets you change one without losing the other.
