Praiz
Records the sales calls and turns them into something a manager can coach on, and an assistant can read.
Praiz records and transcribes sales calls, then runs configurable AI agents over them: coaching notes, recurring objections, CRM field extraction. There is one plan, thirty euros per user per month billed annually, with unlimited recordings, unlimited agents, CRM and meeting integrations, and an MCP server.
What it is for
- Coach on evidence instead of memoryCustom agents surface recurring objections and what was said, so a review is about a moment in a call rather than an impression of a quarter.
- Fill the CRM from the conversationAgents extract the fields and write them, which is the only reliable way qualification data ever gets recorded.
- Query the archive from an assistantThe MCP server puts the call history inside Claude or ChatGPT. Preparing for a follow-up becomes a question, not an hour of scrubbing.
What I measured
- Published price, read 18 Sep 2026: thirty euros per user per month on an annual contract, one plan, everything included. A monthly option is offered alongside it.
- Unlimited recordings, transcriptions and agents are listed as included, so the cost does not scale with how much you actually use it. That is rare enough to be the deciding factor.
- A transcript is a source, not a verdict. A call that shows as recorded can still come back empty, so anything automated on top of it has to treat an empty transcript as a failure and not as an answer.
What it is not for
- You want a note-taker for internal meetings. This is built for sales conversations and the coaching that follows. The way out: Point it at the sales calls only and leave internal meetings alone. The value is asking the same question of every commercial conversation, and mixing in internal meetings dilutes exactly that.
- Nobody will ever review a call. The recording is the cheap part, the review is where the value is. The way out: Make one person review one call a week before you buy, on a free trial. If that does not happen in two weeks, it will not happen with a subscription either, and the recording alone is worth nothing.
- Your calls are not recordable in your jurisdiction or your market without friction you are not ready to take on. The way out: Announce the recording in the first ten seconds and keep the consent in the record. In most markets that is the whole of it, and an assistant that reads the archive can check the announcement was made.

Questions people ask
What does it cost?
Thirty euros per user per month on an annual contract, one plan with everything in it. Read 18 Sep 2026.
What is the difference with a generic AI note-taker?
The agents are configured for sales: objections, qualification fields, coaching. A note-taker gives you a summary, this gives you the same question asked of every call.
Can I query my calls from Claude?
Yes, through their MCP server. It changes the archive from storage into something you can interrogate before a follow-up.
What breaks in practice?
Empty transcripts. A meeting can appear recorded and carry nothing, so any automation reading them must fail loudly rather than conclude that nothing was said.
