Prospeo
Finds the mobile number and the work email behind a LinkedIn profile, and returns both in the same call.
Prospeo is a B2B contact data provider. Hand it a LinkedIn profile, a name and a company, or a domain, and it returns a verified work email and, when you ask for it, a direct mobile number. It bills on the result: one credit for an email it finds, ten credits for a mobile, nothing for a row it cannot enrich. I have run it since 2024, on every client account, as one of the sources inside the find-people waterfall we built ourselves.
What it is for
- Get the mobile and the email in one callOne request against a LinkedIn profile comes back with both. There is no call shape that returns the number alone, so the email is never a second lookup and never a second bill.
- Sit inside a waterfall you controlWe run our own find-people chain across four sources, then enrich. Prospeo holds the enrichment step in front of the broader database, which is what keeps the cost of a found mobile down without giving up on coverage.
- Read the current job title for freeThe person payload carries the job history, so the role someone holds today comes back with the contact details. That is a second source on the function, at no extra cost, and it catches the prospect who moved six months ago.
What I measured
- One call, both fields. There is no API call that returns only a mobile: the email comes with it, inside the same price. Checked against the API on 18 Sep 2026.
- Billing is on the result. A row it cannot enrich costs nothing, which their own pricing FAQ states in writing. Read on 18 Sep 2026.
- Our waterfall, run on 8,948 French decision-makers in August 2026, returned 1,798 mobiles: 20 percent. That figure is the waterfall, Prospeo in front and a second provider behind it, not Prospeo on its own.
- ColdIQ, who test providers live and publish the dataset, put it first on their mobile finder leaderboard on 23 Jul 2026: 26 of 28 found in the EU, 25 of 25 in the US, 2.1 s median. Their published cost per found number, 0.39 dollars, is computed on a plan the vendor no longer sells.
What it is not for
- You are chasing local businesses. Prospeo finds people who exist on LinkedIn, so it works on markets that are already digital, not on a street of shops.
- You want the most exhaustive coverage on the market. This is one provider, not a waterfall. On any given list it will miss rows that a second source catches.
- You want one seat that does data and sending. This is a source you call, not a place you run campaigns from.
What it costs, as the vendor publishes it
| Free | 0 dollars | 100 credits a month, no time limit |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 49 dollars per user, per month, or 37 dollars a month billed yearly | 2,000 credits a month |
| Growth | 99 dollars per user, per month, or 74 dollars a month billed yearly | 5,000 credits a month |
| Pro | 249 dollars per user, per month, or 187 dollars a month billed yearly | 15,000 credits a month |
- One credit buys one verified business email. A direct mobile costs ten credits, so a mobile with its email is eleven.
- Extra credits are sold as an add-on from 10 dollars per 1,000, which is the only rate that lets you price a single lookup.
- Credits do not roll over. Whatever is unused expires at renewal.
- On their own comparison table the Starter plan reads 2,000 credits a month and 1,000 credits delivered upfront on the yearly plan. Both cannot be true. Read on 18 Sep 2026.
Vendor list price, read on their pricing page on 18 Sep 2026. Directories quote it stale: one large one still shows a 39 dollar entry plan and a 369 dollar tier that is no longer on the page. Their pricing page. Read 18 Sept 2026.
No video on this one yet. When there is one it goes here, recorded on the real account. The page says so either way.
Questions people ask
Does Prospeo charge for a contact it cannot find?
No. Exports bill on the result, one credit per email found and nothing when nothing comes back. Their pricing FAQ says so in writing, read on 18 Sep 2026.
Can I buy mobile numbers without paying for emails?
Not really, and that is the point. There is no call that returns the number alone. A direct mobile costs ten credits, the email that comes with it costs one, so eleven credits gets you a contact you can both call and write to.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Credits reset at renewal and whatever you have not spent expires. Size the plan on the month you actually run, not on your best month.
Does it cover Europe, or is it another US-only database?
Europe is where it holds up. ColdIQ found 26 of 28 European mobiles in their live test of 23 Jul 2026, against 1 of 28 for one of the providers they ran it against. We prospect France every day on it.
Is one provider enough on its own?
No, and I would not sell it as one. On 8,948 decision-makers our whole waterfall returned a mobile for 20 percent of them. A single source always leaves rows on the table, which is why it runs first and not alone.
What does a mobile actually cost?
Eleven credits, mobile plus email. At the published add-on rate of 10 dollars per 1,000 credits that is about eleven cents. On a plan you have already paid for, it costs whatever your plan makes a credit worth, which is the only honest way to say it.
