Vayne

Turns a Sales Navigator search into a clean file, including the searches too big for LinkedIn to export.

LinkedIn scraping and extraction In production 1 video 1 deep dive Last verified 18 Sept 2026

Vayne extracts LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches into files. It splits any query above 2,500 profiles automatically, cleans the fields as it goes, drops the profiles you have already scraped, and schedules runs ahead of time. Plans are sold by volume of profiles exported per month, from 10,000 to 100,000.

What it is for

  1. Extract a search bigger than LinkedIn allowsQueries above 2,500 profiles are split automatically. That single behaviour is why a large search becomes a file instead of a manual afternoon.
  2. Never pay twice for the same profileIt detects profiles already scraped. On a market you work over months, the overlap between two searches is where the budget disappears.
  3. Schedule the extractionRuns planned in advance, and detection of new prospects on saved searches, so a market you watch keeps producing without anyone opening the tool.

What I measured

  • Fields come out cleaned: emojis, stray capitals and typos stripped. It sounds cosmetic until a first name with a job title glued to it lands in a mail merge in front of a prospect.
  • The free plan gives 200 leads a month, enough to test whether the output matches what you actually need before paying.

What it is not for

  • You need contact details rather than profiles. This produces the list, not the emails and mobiles.
  • You work from a register or a map rather than from LinkedIn. Nothing here applies.
  • You extract a few hundred profiles a month. The free plan covers 200 and the paid ladder starts where volume starts.

What it costs, as the vendor publishes it

Free 0 dollars 200 LinkedIn profiles a month
Freelance 29 dollars a month, or 290 a year 10,000 profiles a month
Starter 49 dollars a month, or 490 a year 20,000 profiles a month
Growth 99 dollars a month, or 990 a year 50,000 profiles a month
Expand 159 dollars a month, or 1,590 a year 100,000 profiles a month
  • Billing is per profile exported per month, not per credit, which makes the unit easy to compare against a scraping bill.
  • Annual billing gives two months free. Prices exclude VAT.

Questions people ask

Does it get around the 2,500 profile limit of a Sales Navigator search?

It splits the query automatically above that threshold. That is the whole reason a large search becomes usable.

Will it re-export profiles I already have?

It detects duplicates against what you scraped before. On a market you work repeatedly, this is where the savings are.

Does it give me emails?

No. It produces profiles. Emails and mobiles come from an enrichment provider after it.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, 200 leads a month with full access to the extraction features. Enough to check the output before committing.
