Mailpool
Supplies the domains and the mailboxes the sending runs on, with the DNS done for you, at a few dollars a mailbox.
Mailpool provides cold email infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, and the DNS records that make them deliverable. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set automatically, domains are masked and IPs rotate. A Mailpool mailbox costs 2.60 dollars a month, a Google Workspace one 3.40, a Microsoft 365 one 4.30, and a dedicated IP 170.
What it is for
- Stand up a sending estate without touching DNSDomains found, SPF, DKIM and DMARC written automatically, forwarding set. The part where campaigns silently fail is the part that is automated here.
- Keep the main domain out of the line of fireCold sending runs on look-alike domains that are masked and redirected. The company domain keeps its reputation whatever a campaign does.
- Scale the number of senders, not the volume per senderAt two to four dollars a mailbox, adding senders is cheap enough that nobody is tempted to push volume through too few of them.
What I measured
- The unit is the mailbox, per month, and it is the only number that matters when sizing an estate: 2.60 dollars on their own infrastructure, 3.40 on Google Workspace, 4.30 on Microsoft 365. Read 18 Sep 2026.
- A dedicated IP is 170 dollars a month, which puts a clear line between a shared pool and a reputation you own outright.
- Annual billing saves 15 percent on their published page.
What it is not for
- You send from your own company domain to a handful of people. You do not need a pool, you need a signature.
- You want one invoice for everything. The point of this layer is that it is not the same supplier as the sender.
- Your problem is the copy. Infrastructure carries an email, it does not make anyone reply to it.

Questions people ask
Why not just use my own domain?
Because cold sending damages the reputation of whatever domain it runs on, and your invoices and your customer emails travel on that domain too. Look-alike domains exist to absorb the risk.
What does a mailbox actually cost?
Between 2.60 and 4.30 dollars a month depending on the provider behind it, read 18 Sep 2026. Multiply by the number of senders you need, not by the volume you want to send.
Do I need a dedicated IP?
At 170 dollars a month it is a real decision, not a default. A shared pool is the normal answer until your volume and your reputation justify owning the IP.
Does this replace warm-up?
No. Infrastructure and warm-up are different jobs, and the warm-up usually lives in the sending tool.
