Everything about LinkedIn outreach changes when you go from one sender to several. Limits are per account and do not pool, so a campaign across six accounts is six separate budgets, six warm-up states and six risk profiles. Replies arrive in six inboxes nobody looks at, which is why a shared inbox is not a convenience here but the difference between meetings and unread messages. And invitations, not messages, are the scarce resource: a fleet running at the ceiling every day will meet restrictions whatever tool drives it, so targeting has to be good before volume goes up. Two things to check before buying. Whether the API is available on the plan you can afford, because an outreach tool without one becomes the place your process stops and a human copies data out by hand forever. And whether the credit allowances between tiers match the price gap, which they usually do not: three plans within thirty dollars of each other can carry enrichment allowances that differ fifty-fold. Expect thirty to seventy dollars per seat or per sender per month, with white-label options opening around ten seats for anyone running this for clients. Volume multiplies whatever the single-account version already produced, including indifference.
