Prospeo pricing: what a credit buys, and what a team pays

The four published plans, credit by credit, and where the meter runs without you noticing. Figures read on the vendor's own pricing page today.

Pick Prospeo if you buy mobile numbers by the result rather than by the seat, and pass on it if all you need is email volume, because ten of its eleven credits for a callable contact are spent on the number. We have run it in our own find-people chain since 2024, on every client account; what we have not measured is its deliverability against other providers, and that side rests on the vendor's own pages.

Read the credit rates before the plan prices

A direct mobile costs 10 credits, and the email comes with it inside the same charge, so a contact you can both call and write to costs 11. A no-result costs nothing, which the pricing FAQ states in writing, and re-enriching a record you already enriched within 90 days costs nothing either. Company exports cost 1 credit per matched record.

The add-on grid is the only place on the page where a single lookup has a printed price: credits start at 1,000 for 10 dollars, which makes a credit worth 10 dollars / 1,000 = 0.01 dollar.

Price a 5-person team on each plan

Prospeo bills per user: Starter costs 49 dollars per user per month, Growth 99, Pro 249, and every seat carries its own credit pack into a shared team pool.

PlanMonthly, per userYearly, per user per monthCredits per month, per seatYearly credits, delivered upfront
Free$0-100-
Starter$49$37 ($441 a year)2,00024,000
Growth$99$74 ($888 a year)5,00060,000
Pro$249$187 ($2,241 a year)15,000180,000

Five people on Starter pay 5 x 49 = 245 dollars monthly for 5 x 2,000 = 10,000 credits in the shared pool. The same five on Growth pay 495 for 25,000. Yearly billing takes 25 percent off the per-user price and hands the full year of credits over at purchase: a Growth seat bought on 1 January gives you 60,000 credits that day, resetting one year later. Add-on credits are shared across the team and do not grow when you add a seat, so a 5-seat Growth team with a 50,000-credit add-on holds 25,000 plan credits plus the 50,000, in one pool.

One gate sits between the tiers rather than inside them: native HubSpot and Salesforce sync is listed on Growth, not Starter, so a team whose real requirement is CRM sync has an entry ticket of 99 dollars per user, or 74 on yearly billing, not 49.

Match your month to a plan

Your situation this monthThe move it points to
Testing whether the data fits your marketStay on Free, 100 credits, 25 rows a selection, no end date
Sending emails only, a few hundred contactsWeigh a second provider first; at 1 credit a row, Pro is oversized
Calling on top of sending, mobiles matterStarter, then buy add-ons in a heavy month rather than moving tiers
HubSpot or Salesforce must sync nativelyGrowth, since Starter does not list CRM sync
Variable API volume at high rate limitsPro, which lifts the Enrich API rate limit to 500,000

Run 100 free credits on last month's list first

It carries 100 credits every month, 28 search filters, 3 intent topics, 5 AI Lookalike searches and the Chrome extension, which is enough to run a real week of work, not a demo.

If one row in ten returns a mobile, then a month of 2,000 credits buys roughly 200 contacts with numbers rather than 2,000 emails, and Starter is the wrong plan for a calling motion. Two Free limits will shape the run: a selection caps at 25 rows, against 20,000 on every paid plan, so batch the list; and CSV enrichment is a Starter feature, so the free test runs through the dashboard.

If the mobile ratio comes back near one in ten, price the calling motion at 11 credits a contact and the arithmetic picks the tier on its own.

Watch where credits go without a click

Three actions spend credits before you have decided to buy anything, and all three are on by default in the People Search dashboard. Adding leads to a Prospeo list reveals their emails automatically, at 1 credit per email found. Pushing companies to a CRM costs 1 credit per company matched. The arithmetic lands on whoever "just organises" a list: five hundred rows moved into a list, every row returning an email, is five hundred credits gone at one each, a quarter of a monthly Starter seat, spent without exporting a single contact.

On the other side, the free actions surprise people too: viewing results without revealing contacts, applying filters, re-enriching anything enriched in the last 90 days, and any search that returns no result. The Search API bills 1 credit per page of up to 25 results, with no contact data in it.

The vendor offers an auto-upgrade add-on: once enabled, the add-on moves up a tier the moment your credits drop below 10 percent of the add-on limit, charging you immediately, and it is only offered to paid accounts with a payment method on file.

Check the reset date before the second month

One contradictory label has appeared on the same page, a card line reading "Unused credits rollover", reported by Fullenrich in September 2026; Fullenrich competes with Prospeo, and against that label stand the pricing FAQ and their help centre, both of which say no.

Airscale's Starter is also 49 dollars monthly, for 4,000 credits, but its page states credits never expire and roll to the next month, and it charges 2 credits for a verified email. Icypeas lists a Basic plan at 19 dollars monthly for 1,000 credits with "Credits roll over" printed in the plan's own inclusion list, and its email verifier costs 0.1 credit per check.

Decide when not to switch at all

Your targets are local businesses with no LinkedIn presence: Prospeo finds people who exist on LinkedIn, so it works on markets that are already digital, not on a street of shops. You want maximum coverage from one source: it is one provider, and our waterfall, run on 8,948 French decision-makers in August 2026, returned a mobile for 1,798 of them, 20 percent, with Prospeo in front and a second provider behind it, so a single source always leaves rows on the table.

The stale numbers are elsewhere: ColdIQ's page, published in June 2026 and still ranking, describes a 39-dollar Starter, a 199-dollar Pro, a 369-dollar Business tier and a 75-credit free plan, none of which is on the vendor's page today. The live grid starts Free at 100 credits and tops out at Pro, with no Enterprise card.

For the full workflow, the review covers accuracy and daily use, and the catalogue entry carries our measured figures. If you would rather buy a waterfall than build one, Airscale queries several providers behind one call, and Icypeas is the natural second source; the waterfall page explains the ordering that keeps a found mobile cheap. To size a seat before committing, Prospeo's plans are listed side by side on the fiche.

Count the contacts you need before the plan

Multiply emails by 1 and mobiles by 11, then add 10 percent for the exports you did not plan.

What people still ask

How much does Prospeo cost per month for a 5-person team?

Plans are billed per user: Starter at 49 dollars, Growth at 99, Pro at 249 per user per month. Five users on Starter cost 245 dollars a month for 10,000 credits (5 x 49 = 245, 5 x 2,000 credits). On yearly billing each user drops to 37 dollars a month.

What does the Prospeo Free plan include and what are its limits?

100 credits a month, no time limit, 28 search filters, 3 intent topics, 5 AI Lookalike searches and the Chrome extension. The limits that bite: Free caps a selection at 25 rows against 20,000 on every paid plan, and the comparison table marks API access 'No access'. CSV and API enrichment start at Starter.

How do Prospeo credits work, and which actions spend them without me noticing?

One credit buys a verified email, 10 credits buy a mobile with its email included, 1 credit buys a company export, and re-enriching the same record within 90 days costs nothing. The silent spend is in the dashboard: adding leads to a list reveals their emails automatically, and so does every CSV export.

Can I test Prospeo before paying, and do unused credits roll over?

Yes, on the Free plan, 100 credits a month with no end date. No, credits do not roll over: the pricing FAQ states unused credits expire at renewal, on monthly and yearly plans alike. Yearly plans hand you the whole year of credits upfront instead.

When should I not switch to Prospeo from another email finder?

When your targets are local businesses with no LinkedIn presence, when you need maximum coverage from one source, or when rollover matters. Airscale at 49 dollars for 4,000 credits that never expire, and Icypeas at 19 dollars for 1,000 credits that roll over, both undercut it on raw email volume.
