TidyCal alternatives: qualify the lead before the slot
The alternatives split on one question: does the tool qualify the lead before it hands out a calendar slot, and what the verified plans cost.

TidyCal is the booking page people start from (free at 0 dollars, 29 dollars once for Individual Lifetime, 79 dollars once for Agency Lifetime, or 12 dollars per month for Pro, read on tidycal.com/pricing on 19 October 2026), and the alternatives that matter split on one question: does the tool qualify the lead before it hands out a slot? Fillout does, by putting the form and the booking on the same page, with a free plan at 1,000 responses per month and paid tiers from 15 dollars per month billed annually (19 dollars billed monthly), read on their pricing page on 19 October 2026. Calendly is the other name the market throws at this problem, and it earns it on routing rather than on price. Here is how to pick between the two approaches.
Pick by what happens before the calendar opens
So the first question is not the price of the calendar. It is what stands between the click and the slot: a form on a separate page, or a form and the booking fused into one object. The second shape is what we run in production on client accounts, where each booking writes straight into the CRM, and it is why Fillout is the tool we push when qualification matters. The second question is the free plan limit, because that is what lets you test the whole flow before paying anything. The last is whether the tool can take payment, which is the Stripe section below.
Decide if the one-time price still fits your funnel
TidyCal's whole pitch is the one-time price for lifetime access, and that pitch is real: you pay once and stop thinking about the subscription. Read on tidycal.com/pricing on 19 October 2026: the Free plan costs 0 dollars and carries unlimited bookings, unlimited booking types and paid bookings. Individual Lifetime is 29 dollars, one payment, sold through AppSumo. Agency Lifetime is 79 dollars, one payment, and adds round-robin and collective meetings. Pro is 12 dollars per month, or 99 dollars billed annually, and adds a custom domain and no TidyCal branding. If a single booking link with no qualification step is genuinely all you need, that is a defensible place to stay, and we will not talk you out of it. The reason people end up on an alternatives page is that the moment they want to ask a lead three questions before showing a calendar, the one-time-price tool stops being the cheap option and starts being the wrong shape. What follows is the tool we actually run, with its prices read and dated on its own page.
Calendly, and where to read about it properly
Calendly is the other big name on this query, and for teams whose problem is distribution rather than qualification, that is the right family of tool: routing forms, round-robin assignment across a team, reminders by email and SMS. TidyCal's Agency Lifetime plan, 79 dollars once, also lists round-robin and collective meetings, so routing alone is not a reason to leave it. We already run a full comparison of that family on the site, so instead of repeating it half-length here, go read our Calendly alternatives piece, which carries the prices and the free plan limits we verified on the editor's pages. If your actual problem is that leads bounce between a form on one page and a calendar on another, that piece will also tell you why we moved off that pattern.
Use Fillout when the form and the booking are one page
Here is the shape of the problem. Whoever takes the call receives a slot without the form's answers attached to it, so they open the call blind. Fillout's catalogue entry describes the fix: the submitted answer becomes a meeting, and the answers arrive attached to the meeting. That is the whole reason it is in our catalogue, and it is the pattern we develop in qualify and book on one page. Now the numbers, read on fillout.com/pricing on 19 October 2026. The free plan costs 0 dollars per month and carries 1,000 responses per month, forever. Fillout's page shows each paid plan at its annual-billing rate per month, with the yearly total next to it, and crosses out the monthly-billing equivalent (228, 588 and 1,068 dollars a year). Starter costs 15 dollars per month billed annually (180 dollars a year) or 19 dollars billed monthly, and lifts the ceiling to 2,000 responses per month. Pro costs 40 dollars per month billed annually (480 dollars a year) or 49 dollars billed monthly, for 5,000 responses per month. Business costs 75 dollars per month billed annually (900 dollars a year) or 89 dollars billed monthly, with unlimited responses. The entry plan carries unlimited seats and unlimited forms, so the response count is the only meter that moves as you grow. Two details from the same page that matter in practice. If you go over your submissions limit, the forms keep collecting responses, and the count resets on the 1st of the next month, so a good month does not silently break your intake. And subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time, which makes the trial-to-paid decision reversible. Who this is not for. If you need one field and an email address, a plain form builder is faster and free. And if your booking needs deep calendar routing across a large sales org with territory rules, that is a dedicated scheduling product; Fillout's round-robin assigns who takes the call without anybody arbitrating by hand, which covers most teams, but you will know if you need territory rules.
Take payment and move the submission, with pages we read
A booking that qualifies the lead usually needs two more pieces: a payment rail for paid sessions and a runner for everything that happens after the submission. We read both pricing pages on 19 October 2026. Stripe prices pay-as-you-go, with no setup fees, monthly fees or hidden fees, and, on the France version of its pricing page, lists a dispute received fee of 20 euros. Zapier's free plan costs 0 dollars per month and carries 100 tasks per month, with paid plans starting from 19.99 dollars per month; the team tier runs 69 dollars per month for 25 users. Neither replaces a booking page. Stripe takes the money on the booking Fillout created, and Zapier moves the submission anywhere else it needs to go.
Compare the plans on price and free limits
The pricing pages we read and can quote with a date are TidyCal's, Fillout's, Stripe's and Zapier's, all on 19 October 2026, so the comparison table covers the four of them. The jump that matters most on the Fillout ladder is the first one: 0 to 15 dollars per month (billed annually) buys you a doubling of the response ceiling.

Book a test slot before you commit
Whatever you pick, do the same test we run before a tool reaches a client account: pose a fake appointment on each candidate and look at what the lead receives. Does the confirmation carry the answers from the form, or just a time? Does the reminder arrive by email, by SMS, or not at all? You will have your answer in ten minutes, and it will tell you whether the form's answers travel with the meeting. If the one-page pattern is the one you want to test, start with Fillout on the free plan and see whether 1,000 responses a month covers your intake.

What people still ask
What is the free plan limit on Fillout?
The free plan carries 1,000 responses per month at 0 dollars, read on Fillout's pricing page on 19 October 2026. Unlimited seats and unlimited forms are included on that entry plan. If you go over the limit, forms keep collecting and the count resets on the 1st of the next month.
How much does Fillout cost per month?
Starter is 15 dollars per month billed annually (19 dollars billed monthly), Pro is 40 dollars (49 dollars billed monthly) and Business is 75 dollars (89 dollars billed monthly), all read on the pricing page on 19 October 2026. The yearly totals are 180, 480 and 900 dollars, exactly 12 times the annual-billing rate, not a lower total. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Is a one-time-price booking tool like TidyCal still worth it?
If all you need is a booking link and the lead is already qualified before they click, yes, and this page does not argue otherwise. The reason people look for alternatives is the qualification step: once you want answers collected before a slot is shown, a form and a calendar on the same page changes the maths.
Where can I see Calendly's prices compared?
We keep that in a dedicated comparison rather than repeating it here, because it covers the routing and round-robin question properly. The link is in the Calendly section above, and it carries the prices and free plan limits we verified on the editor's own pages.
