Pick PlusVibe if your cost pain is mailboxes: mailboxes are unlimited on every plan, and the meter runs on email volume and active leads instead. That is the whole pricing story. The test before you buy: count your monthly sending volume, divide by 25,000, and read the tier that fits on the vendor's plans page before touching the credit slider. PlusVibe is the sender our client campaigns run on in production, and every price below is read from the vendor's own pricing page on 6 November 2026. What we have not run: the free trial and the agency tier; those figures are the vendor's, cross-checked against third-party reads.

What each plan costs, read on the vendor's page

The monthly toggle on plusvibe.ai/plans shows Personal at $37, Business at $77, Agency starting at $497. The yearly toggle shows the same tiers at $30.80, $64.20 and $415 per month. Each tier is a family of prices, not one: an enrichment credit slider moves the bill before you send anything. On Personal, moving from 1,000 to 3,000 credits takes the monthly bill from $37 to $45, then $52 at 5,000 and $58 at 7,000. On Business, the slider runs from $77 with 3,000 credits up to $220 with 50,000. Decide your credit need before you pick a tier.

Both paid tiers include warm-up, ESP matching and the unified inbox; Business adds AI Reply Agents, webhooks, Zapier, Make and API access; Agency adds an isolated sending server, dedicated connector IPs and a workspace per client with white-labelling.

What the Personal plan at 37 dollars includes

Personal, the entry tier, buys unlimited mailboxes, unlimited campaigns, the AI sequence writer, warm-up and deliverability monitoring, basic ESP matching, a unified inbox, reply sentiment detection and auto-rotation of sender addresses. The plan card frames it for individuals and small teams, and that fits: the base 1,000 enrichment credits cover gap-filling in a list you already have, not building one from zero. One limit third parties flag and the vendor's grid confirms by omission: API access and webhooks sit on Business and above, so Personal has no programmatic route in. For how the limits compare across tiers, the PlusVibe plans are recorded in the catalogue with the same figures.

Check the limits before the slider moves your bill

Three numbers bound each tier and only two are loud. Emails per month and active leads sit on the plan cards, and the table above carries them. The third, enrichment credits, is the one that moves the price: the slider starts at 1K and runs to 7K on Personal and 50K on Business, adding up to $21 and up to $143 to the base. Mailboxes are unlimited on every paid plan, which is why we run client sending on this tool: per-mailbox billing would tax the rotation that keeps deliverability alive at volume.

Start on the 14-day trial, then check one number

The trial runs 14 days at $0, no credit card required, with warm-up across up to 3 email accounts and the allowances in the table above. The test to run inside it: import one real list of about 500 contacts, connect the mailboxes you already own, and run one full sequence. You are checking two things only: inbox placement (their email placement test is listed among the plan features) and whether your monthly volume fits under a tier ceiling. If your month is under 25,000 emails, Personal is your tier and the slider decision can wait until you see how many credits a real campaign eats. The limits themselves are spelled out in the tool sheet, which we keep updated with each re-read.

Yearly billing and the 2 months free

The banner on the plans page promises 2 months free, and the numbers deliver it. Personal at $37 monthly becomes $30.80 billed yearly, which is the ten-of-twelve pattern: 37 x 10 / 12 = 30.80. The saving over a year is two monthly payments on that tier, and the same ten-months arithmetic holds on Business. Pay yearly only after the trial confirms your volume: the discount is real, but a yearly commitment on the wrong tier is a twelve-month lock on the wrong ceiling.

Who should not switch: LinkedIn is not in the product

If your sequence needs LinkedIn steps in the same tool, they are not here. The plan grid lists email infrastructure: warm-up, sending, enrichment, inbox. Two third-party reviews state the same scope, email only, no LinkedIn, and our tool sheet records the workaround we use: run LinkedIn from a dedicated tool and merge both reply streams into one inbox, so changing either supplier never forces rebuilding the other. There is a two-way integration with Aimfox that pipes LinkedIn activity in, but LinkedIn sending itself is not a PlusVibe feature. The other person who should not switch: anyone sending a few hundred emails a month from one address. A sequencer at this shape is more machine than the job needs, and the trial's email cap will show you that for free.

Price the credit slider against your list before you commit

The failure mode is paying Business for credits you never use, or paying Personal and starving the enrichment. Our internal record from the tool sheet: billing is per email volume and active leads, never per mailbox, and the credit bundle is what makes two plans at the same headline price behave differently. If your lists arrive complete from upstream, take the base slider; if you enrich as you go, price the slider first. The step from 3,000 to 15,000 credits on Business costs $42 a month, more than half a Personal subscription. For the sending checklist beyond price, see our article on what to check before sending, and for the mailboxes themselves, a separate purchase from a separate layer, see Mailpool.

One disclosure on money: the perk we hold on PlusVibe is 15 percent off the first three months through our link, confirmed 5 October 2026 and unpublished anywhere else. Every figure above is the vendor's list price. PlusVibe and Mailpool are both affiliates of this site.

What people still ask

Is there a PlusVibe free plan?

No permanent free plan. The trial is 14 days at 0 dollar with 1,000 emails, 100 enrichment credits and up to 3 email accounts, no credit card required.

Is the 15 percent partner discount public?

No. It comes from our partner link and no vendor page publishes it; the vendor's page only shows the list prices.

Is PlusVibe the same product as pipl.ai?

Yes. A banner on the vendor's site states pipl.ai is rebranding to plusvibe.ai, same platform.
